Bisquick Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 each potato, cooked, cubed
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 each egg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine potato, mixed vegetables, chicken, and soup in ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 6 servings
