Bisquick Fluffy Lemon Pancakes

2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 each eggs
2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder

Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle. Cook until edges are dry, turn, continue cooking until golden.

Yield: 16 servings
