Bisquick Pancakes

2 cup bisquick
1 1/2 cup milk
2 each eggs

Stir ingredients until blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry, turn, cook until golden. For thicker pancakes, reduce milk to 1 cup. Makes 14 pancakes.

Yield: 14 servings
