Bisquick Pumpkin Pie

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup evaporated milk
2 each eggs
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Stir all ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Yield: 8 servings
