Barbicue Sauce

1 each onion, diced
1 each stick butter
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon tobasco sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Cook onion in butter until slightly brown. Place cooked onion and all other ingredients in blender. Blend, 1 minute. For a hotter sauce, additional tobasco sauce may be added if desired.

Yield: 8 servings
