Bisquick, Cranberry Turkey Pie

2 cup cooked turkey, diced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 each eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Combine turkey, onion, and thyme. Spread evenly on bottom of pie plate. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork until smooth. Spread over turkey mixture. Combine Bisquick, eggs, and milk in medium mixing bowl. Wisk until smooth. Pour over cranberry sauce. Bake for 30 minutes, or until wooden pick incerted in center comes out clean.

Yield: 8 servings
