Bisquick, Lasagna Pie

1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmisan cheese
1 lb ground beef
2 cup shredded motzarella cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 cup tomato paste, 6oz
1 cup milk
2 each eggs
2/3 cup bisquick
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley

In medium saucepan, brown ground beef. Drain. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Layer cottage and parmisan cheeses in bottom of prepared pie plate. Combine browned beef, 1 cup motzarella cheese, oregano, basil, and tomato paste. Spoon over cheese mixture. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, bisquick, salt, and pepper, and beat until well blended. Pour over all, in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven, and brown for an additional 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 8 servings
