Bisquick, Lemon Rosemary Muffins

2 each eggs
2 cup bisquick
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 cup sugar crystals

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper bake-cup linings in 12 muffin tin cups. Beat eggs slightly in medium mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, accept sugar, just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among bake-cup lined muffin tin cups. Sprinkle with sugar crystals. Bake 16-18 minutes, or till tops are golden brown.

Yield: 12 servings
