Bisquick, Lucious Fruit Fluff

2 cup bisquick
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 each stick butter
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup heavy cream
2 cup miniature marshmallows
4 cup mixed fresh fruit

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix bisquick and 2 tablespoons sugar together in medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbley. Press in bottom of ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until light brown. Cool. Stir together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in large bowl. Set aside. Beat whipping cream, in chilled large bowl, till set. Add marshmallows and beat to blend. Spread marshmallow and whipped cream mixture over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, until firm. Cut into 3 rows, by 3 rows. Top each serving with mixed, fresh, fruit. (Suggested fruits include: bananas, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, raspberries, and blue berries).

Yield: 48 servings
