Bisquick, Orange Cream Cheese Biscuits

3 cup bisquick
2 teaspoon grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 3oz
2 tablespoon orange marmilade
1 single sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Stir Bisquick, orange peel, and orange juice until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick. Roll in Bisquick to coat. Shape into ball, knead ten times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter dipped in Bisquick. Place dough on ungreased baking sheet. Combine cream cheese and marmilade. Spoon 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto center of each circle and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Yield: 15 servings
