Bisquick, Quick Ham And Cheese Bake

1 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 cup parmasan cheese
1 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 each eggs
1 cup shreaded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Mix ham, mixed vegetables, and parmasan cheese in bottom of pie plate. Stir Bisquick, milk, and eggs together until smooth. Pour into pie plate over ham mixture. Bake 25 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 2 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.

Yield: 6 servings
