Bisquick, Salsa Pizza With Cheese Crust

1 lb ground beef
1 1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 cup bisquick
1/4 cup salsa cheese spread
1/4 cup hot water
4 each green onions, sliced,1/2 cup
1 cup shreaded colby cheese, 4oz

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease large baking sheet. Cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occationally until brown. Drain ground beef. Stir in chunky salsa and remove from heat. Stir Bisquick, salsa or halipeno cheese spread, and hot water, until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface, dusted with Bisquick. Roll dough in Bisquick to coat, then shape into ball, and knead 5 times. Roll dough into a 14 inch circle and place on baking sheet. Spread ground beef mixture over crust to within 2 inches of edge. Sprinkle with green onion. Fold edge over ground beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25-28 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
