Bisquick, Seafood Pie

1 pkg crab meat, 6oz
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup diced green onion
2 oz pimento, diced
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 each eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Mix thawed, frozen, drained crab meat, cheeses, onion, and pimento, in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients in bowl with fork till blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake uncovered, 35-40 minutes, or till golden brown, and knife inserted in center comes out clean. However, some cream cheese may stick to knife. (One package, frozen salad shrimp, 5 ounce size, can be substituted for crab meat if desired.)

Yield: 8 servings
