Bisquick, Sour Cream Blue Berry Pan Cakes

2 cup bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 each eggs
1 cup blue berries

Grease, then heat skillet over medium high heat. Beat bisquick, sour cream, milk, and egg, in large mixing bowl with wire wisk, until smooth. Stir in blue berries. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter for each pan cake, into hot skillet. Cook 3 minutes, or until edges are dry. Turn, and cook 3 additional minutes, or until golden brown.

Yield: 15 servings
