Bisquick, Zucchini Appetizers

3 cup zucchini unpared thin sliced
1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 each clove garlic, minced
4 each eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13-9 inch baking pan. Stir together all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake 25 minutes, or till golden brown. Cut into 2-1 inch pieces. Makes 4 dozen. (3 cups zucchini, equals about 4 small whole zucchini).

Yield: 48 servings
