Black And White Cup Cakes

2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 cup milk
2 each eggs
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup vegitable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 1/2 inch muffin tins with paper cup cake cups. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add vinegar, milk, eggs, water, oil, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly, batter will be thin. Fill prepared muffin tin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 15 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cup cakes from muffin tins, cool, frost with chocolate or vanilla frosting.

Yield: 30 servings
