BLENDER: CHOCOLATE BIVARIAN CREAM

2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
2 each egg yolks
1 cup light cream
1 cup crushed ice, heaping

Place gelatin and hot water in blender, and blend for 40 seconds. Add chocolate chips and sugar, and blend, 10 seconds. With blender going, add egg yolks, cream, and enough crushed ice to bring mixture to top of blender container. Blend, for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a 1 quart dessert mold, and chill 2 hours before serving.

Yield: 6 servings
