BLENDER: CHOCOLATE MOOSE

1 cup chocolate chips
5 tablespoon boiling water
4 each egg yolks
4 each egg whites, beaten stiff
3 tablespoon dark rum

In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside for later use. Place chocolate chips in blender and blend for 6 seconds. Scrape sides of blender container with rubber spatula. Add boiling water and blend 6 seconds. Add egg yolks and rum and blend 5 seconds. Fold chocolate mixture into beaten egg whites. Chill before serving.

Yield: 8 servings
