BLENDER: CHOCOLATE SYRUP FOR SHAKES

2/3 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in blender, in the order listed above. Blend, 30 seconds. Pour into a bottle. If syrup thickens after standing, shake before use. Makes 1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup.

Yield: 2 servings
