BLENDER: COCONUT MACAROONS

3 each egg whites
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup coconut

Place egg whites and sugar in blender, and blend for 10 seconds. Add vanilla and coconut, and blend and additional 20 seconds. Drop coconut mixture by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake, at 350 degrees, 20 minutes.

Yield: 12 servings
