BLENDER: COFFEE CONIAC DELIGHT

2 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup coniac
1/2 cup strong hot coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cup crushed ice, heaping
Place gelatin and coniac in blender. Add coffee, and blend 40 seconds. Add sugar and blend 5 seconds. Add heavy cream and ice, and blend 1 minute. Allow mixture to stand in blender for 1 minute. Spoon into glasses.
Yield: 8 servings
