BLENDER: CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP

4 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
3 cup milk
1/2 cup cooked broccoli
1 each bullion cube
1 tablespoon cooking sherry

Place butter, flour, 2 cups milk, and broccoli in blender, and blend 6 seconds. Pour broccoli mixture into saucepan. Add remaining milk and bullion cube. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until richly creamy. Add cooking sherry, and heat until soup is hot but not bubbley.

Yield: 4 servings
