BLENDER: CREAM OF CORN SOUP

1 cup corn
2 cup milk
2 teaspoon bread crumbs
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Place corn and 1 cup milk in blender, and blend until smooth. Add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and remaining milk. Blend well. Pour into medium saucepan, and heat through. Makes 2 3/4 cups.

Yield: 2 servings
