BLENDER: CREAM OF WATERCRESS SOUP

1 each bunch watercress
2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Place watercress, chicken broth, and water in blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into saucepan. Add paprika and cream, and heat through.

Yield: 4 servings
