BLENDER: CRUMB CRUST

20 each graham crackers
1 each stick melted butter
2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Place 5 graham cracker squares in blender, and blend until they form crumbs. Pour crumbs into medium mixing bowl. Repeat process, using 5 graham cracker squares at a time, until all graham cracker squares have been made into about 1 1/2 cups crumbs. Add melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon to bowl. Mix thoroughly with crumbs. Press crust into dessert dish or pie pan. If desired, bake crust before filling with desert or pie.

Yield: 8 servings
