Bb Favorite Layered Mexican Dip

2 can refried beans, 16oz
1/2 lb ground turkey, cooked
3 cup nonfat motzzarella cheese
1 cup grated nonfat cheddar cheese
16 oz taco sauce
1 can chopped green chilis, 4oz
1 cup nonfat sour cream
3 tablespoon nonfat chicken broth
1 each onion, diced

Brown diced onion in chicken broth. Add skinless tenderloin white ground turkey, which has been cooked and drained. Stir Old Elpaso nonfat refried beans into turkey mixture. Spread into 9-13 glass dish, that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Sprinkle green chilis over top of turkey bean mixture. Spread one half of cheese over this. Pour taco sauce over cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake at 400 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly and spoon sour cream to make a cross on top of casserole. Serve with Smart temptations low fat tortilla chips, or homemade low fat chips. Serve in 1/4 cup servings.
