BLENDER: FROZEN CHOCOLATE DESSERT

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips
3 each egg yolks
1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Combine sugar and water in saucepan, and boil 3 minutes. Place chocolate chips in blender, and add hot syrup. Blend, 10 seconds. Add egg yolks and blend 6 seconds. Add heavy or whipping cream and blend, 10 seconds. Pour mixture into large custard cups, then cover cups with plastic wrap, or foil. Freeze, 3 hours before serving.

Yield: 4 servings
