BLENDER: FROZEN RASPBERRY CREAM

2/3 cup condensed milk
1 each thin slice, lemon
1 pkg frozen raspberries

Cut frozen raspberries into 16 pieces for ease in blending. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend, 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour mixture into 8 inch flat dish, cover with foil, and freeze until firm. If desired, frozen strawberries or peaches, can be substituted for raspberries.

Yield: 4 servings
