BLENDER: Fudge Filling

1 each egg
3 tablespoon butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon hot water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 each squares bitter chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream

Place egg, butter, and sugar in blender, and blend thoroughly. Add hot water and vanilla. Cut chocolate into small pieces, and put in blender. Blend until smooth. In medium mixing bowl, whip cream. Fold in chocolate mixture.

Yield: 16 servings
