BLENDER: HAM TEMBLES

3 each eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Grease 4 small oven proof glass baking cups, and sprinkle with parsley. Fill with ham mixture. Place filled baking cups in a shallow baking pan containing 1-2 inches of water. Bake, at 350 degrees, 55 minutes, or till knife inserted in center of one baking cup comes out clean.
