BLENDER: LEMON SAUCE

sauces

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 each lemon, juice only
1/2 each of lemon's peel
2 tablespoon melted butter

Place all ingredients, accept melted butter, in blender. Blend for 35 seconds. Pour lemon mixture into saucepan, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is creamy. Stir in melted butter.

Yield: 8 servings
