BB: APPLE AND ORANGE SLAW

1 1/2 cup shreaded cabbage
1 can mandarian oranges, 10 1/4oz
1 each apple, diced
1/2 cup nonfat free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown sugar, or:
1/4 teaspoon sweet and low brown

Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl, tossing to combine. Mix together mayonnaise and brown sugar. Add this mixture to cabbage mixture and coat well. Cover and chill 1 hour. Per serving, all sugar: fat 0.2 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 90, 2 percent calories from fat, protein 1 G, carbohydrate 23 G, sodium 289 MG. Per serving, one half sweet and low: calories 80, carbohydrate 20 G.

Yield: 12 servings
