BLENDER: NOODLE PUDDING

cheese/eggs, main dish

1 pkg macaroni, 8oz
1 cup bread crumbs
3 each eggs
1 each onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 oz pementos
8 oz american cheese

In large saucepan, boil macaroni in salted, rapidly boiling water, until just done, about 10 minutes. Set aside for later use. Place eggs, onion, milk, butter, parsley, salt, pepper, pemientos, and cheese, in blender. Blend 30 seconds. Add bread crumbs. Place macaroni in a shallow baking dish, and pour cheese mixture over top. Set baking dish in a pan about half filled with water. Bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour.

Yield: 6 servings
