BLENDER: PEANUT TOPPING

3/4 cup salted peanuts
2 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 tablespoon cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place peanuts in blender, and blend until chopped. Place butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, cream, and vanilla, in mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly. . Add chopped peanuts. Pour peanut mixture into saucepan. Cook and stir, over medium heat, until mixture boils and is bubbley. Use to frost a 2 layer spice or white cake. m
