BLENDER: PINA COLADA

4 oz creme de coconut
4 oz pineapple juice
3 oz rum
2 cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. If necessary, add an additional 1/2 cup crushed ice. In preparing this recipe, if a shot glass for measuring fluid ounces is not available, measuring spoons or cups can be used for measuring. (2 tablespoons, equals 1 fluid ounce. 6 tablespoons, equals 3 fluid ounces, or about 1/3 cup. 8 tablespoons, equals 4 fluid ounces, or 1/2 cup).
