BLENDER: PINEAPPLE FROSTING

1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 each stick butter, softened

Place melted butter and pineapple juice in blender, and blend, 6 seconds. With blender going, add powdered sugar, and blend until mixture is smooth.

Yield: 16 servings
