BLENDER: QUICK CLAM CHOWDER
fish, soups, vegetables
1 can clam chowder
1 can condensed milk, large
2 tablespoon cooking sherry
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chives
2 each crackers
Place clam chowder, condensed milk, and sherry in blender. Blend 10 seconds. Pour into saucepan, and heat through, but do not boil. Before serving, place 1 cracker in the bottom of each bowl. Pour soup into bowls, and sprinkle with paprika and chives.
Yield: 2 servings
