BB: ARTICHOKE CHILI DIP

1 can artichoke hearts, 14oz
1/4 cup parmisan cheese
1 can chopped green chilis, 4oz
1 cup maionnaise

In a small mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts which have been drained and chopped, Alpine Lace fat free parmisan cheese, green chilis, and maionnaise. Pour mixture into a greased 8 inch round baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes, or until heated thoroughly. Serve warm with fat free crackers, or vegetable dippers. Makes 2 cups. Serves 8, 1/4 cup servings. Per serving: fat, 0.1 G, cholesterol, 0 MG, fiber, 1 G, calories, 51, 1 percent calories from fat, protein, 2 G, carbohydrate, 12 G, sodium, 548 MG.
