BLENDER: RAISIN TOPPING

2 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
6 tablespoon cream
3/4 cup raisins
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 each orange peel, chopped
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Place all ingredients accept powdered sugar in blender. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar,and mix well. (Use peel only, of orange). Use to top gingerbread or white cake.

Yield: 12 servings
