BLENDER: SALMON BISQUE

fish, soups

2 cup milk
1/2 cup cooked salmon
1/2 each green pepper, diced
1 each rib celery, cut up
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Place 1 cup milk, and all other ingredients in blender. Blend to a pulp. Pour salmon mixture into saucepan, and add remaining milk. Heat to boiling. Serve hot.

Yield: 4 servings
