BLENDER: SALMON LOAF

fish, main dish

1 each onion, chopped
1/4 each lemon, peeled, seeded
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon corn meal
1/2 each green pepper, diced
1 cup celery, cut up
2 cup salmon, flaked
1 cup bread crumbs

Combine onion, lemon, milk, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and corn meal, in blender and blend to a pulp. Add green pepper and celery. Blend until vegitables are just chopped. In mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon and bread crumbs. Add vegetible mixture in blender and stir until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees, 40 minutes, or until firm.

Yield: 6 servings
