BLENDER: SHRIMP SPREAD

appetizers, fish

1 cup cooked shrimp
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1/8 teaspoon tobasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chives

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. If desired, lobster or crab can be substituted for shrimp.

Yield: 8 servings
