BLENDER: WELSH RAREBET
cheese/eggs, main dish
1 1/2 cup milk
1 each egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon corn starch
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
In small saucepan, heat milk and set aside for later use. Shread cheese. Place all ingredients accept warmed milk in blender. Add milk, and blend until smooth. Place cheese mixture into top half of double boiler, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve over toast points.
Yield: 4 servings
