Blue Cheese Crisps

2 each hot dog buns
3 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Cut hot dog buns into fourths lengthwise, to make strips. In small skillet, melt blue cheese with butter. Brush blue cheese mixture on cut sides of buns with pastry brush. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees, 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Yield: 8 servings
