Breakfast Big Wheels

2 each english muffins
4 each slices cooked ham
1 each apple, pared, cored, sliced
4 each slices cheese

Split and toast 2 English muffins. Spread muffin halves with butter and currant jelly, or jelly of choice. Top with slices of ham, apple, (which has been sliced in criss-cross fashion in circles), and cheese. Suggested cheese choices: Swiss, Cheddar, or Mozzarella. Place on baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3-4 minutes or till cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve hot. Makes 4 open-faced, Big Wheels.
