Breakfast Casserole

cheese/eggs, main dish, meats

2 lb bulk sausage
12 each eggs
4 cup milk
12 each slices bread
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon mustard
2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 8 oz

Brown sausage, drain. Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard. Cube bread and add to egg mixture. Add cheese and sausage. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees, 40-50 minutes. Casserole will be firm to the touch when done. Can be prepared the night before baking if desired.

Yield: 12 servings
