Broccoli Salad

1 each head broccoli
1 each head cauliflower
1 each onion, chopped
10 each strips bacon
1 cup raisins
2 cup sunflower seeds
2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Chop vegetables and place in large bowl. Add raisins and sunflower seeds. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and venigar and mix well. Pour over vegetables. Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble, and toss with other ingredients. Let salad stand for at least 4 hours before serving.

Yield: 12 servings
