Broccoli Shrimp Lasagna

6 each lasagna noodles, no cook
3 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon cayeen pepper
2 1/2 cup milk
1 cup shreaded jack cheese
1 each head steamed broccoli
2 1/2 cup shreaded cheddar cheese
1 lb cooked medium shrimp

If using lasagna noodles that need to be boiled, cook noodles to desired doneness, and drain and set aside for later use. Steam broccoli, and set aside for later use. In medium saucepan, melt butter, over medium heat. Stir in flour, green onion, salt, dry mustard, thyme, and cayeen pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbley. Remove from heat. Add Montary Jack cheese, and stir until cheese is melted. In lightly greased 13-9 inch baking dish, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, all of the broccoli which has been chopped, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and another 1 cup sauce. Top with remaining noodles, shrimp, 1 cup chedar cheese, remaining sauce, and remaining Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbley. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
