BROCCOLI WITH CURRY CHEESE SAUCE: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

1 each head broccoli, steamed
1/2 cup creamy sauce mix
1 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 oz american cheese, grated
2 oz swiss cheese, grated

Steam broccoli 10-15 minutes, or till tender crisp. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine creamy sauce mix, and curry powder. Blend in 1 cup cold water. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Stir in 2 ounces, or 1/2 cup of both American and Swiss cheeses, till smooth. Spoon curry cheese mixture over hot, cooked broccoli.

Yield: 4 servings
