Butter Buds Baked Chicken

1 pkg butter buds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 single salt
1 single pepper
3 lb frying chicken
1/2 cup water or wine

Combine dry ingredients, and season chicken. Place chicken in a sprayed 9-13 inch baking pan. Add water or wine. Bake at 375 degrees, about 20 minutes, or until golden and done. Baste with drippings halfway through cooking. Per serving: calories 207 with wine, cholesterol .091 G. calories 260 with water, cholesterol .091 G.
